They serve 4 counties: Monroe, Ontario, Livingston, Wayne and Tompkins. They have a youth program for ages 13-23 and one specifically for transgendered youth. They do not do programming for kids under the age of 12 ut said that Syracuse has a group for that age group. Parents of all are usually referred to PFLAG for support unless they are looking for something that is specific to a counseling need at which time they are given names of counselors who specifically deal with LGBT issues which includes parental need.
